Some of the responsibilities will include Perform both routine and non-routine, drafting assignments, scale and edit assignments involving the use of computer aided design and drafting equipment and other graphics software (e.g. CADD software) to achieve set results and deadlines. Digitize or trace sketches or concepts from designers using CADD software, such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
BA / BS +2
years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education 2+ years of IFB/IFC pipeline alignment sheet plan and profile drawing creation on Civil3D 2+ years of pipeline typical drawings and permit drawing creation 2+ years working with civil survey data for pipeline design/mappingPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with the following: Creating map templates and sheet frames and Familiarity with data shortcuts Creating and editing surfaces and surface profiles Reading survey points and point groups Working with offset alignments Creating KMZs and exporting shapefiles and handling XREFs and large base files BlueSky Skyline pipeline software BlueBeam PDF software ArcGIS Pro Global Mapper Additional Information Sponsorship is not available for this position Relocation is not available for this position At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
