Job Description
- esponsibilities encompass the general aspects of
CAD/ BIM
drafting that determine the most appropriate drawings and diagrams that accurately communicate the intended design clearly, effectively, and timely.- esponsibilities include scheduling the use of the Trimble with field personnel to allow for the most cost-effective use of company resources.
- amiliar with Topcon GPS and Robotic Station equipment
- ependable and physically able to work outdoors and on construction sites in all weather conditions.
- ust possess a strong mathematical background and perform calculations associated with surveying.
- ave a demonstrated ability to read construction plans and specs.
- utoCAD/Revit experience a plus.
- kills in field data collection.
- xperience with survey data collection, GPS receivers, and robotic total stations a requirement
- elf-motivated, have strong initiative and desire to learn and advance in the survey profession.
- rovide work control lines and elevations that are required for accurate measurement and correct installation of materials by field staff.
- erform layout work competently and accurately as specified by Project manager.
- rovide checking of as-built conditions that require use of surveying techniques.
- afety Sensitive Position
- ust be 18 years of age or older.
- ust have reliable transportation.
- ust have the ability to work extended hours as required by the workload.
- ble to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in all types of terrain
- ble to meet all physical requirements such as standing, walking, climbing, stooping, bending, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
- he ability to work around loud noises, and can tolerate being exposed to odors, gases, dust, etc.
- ust be able to work in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, and in excavated areas.
