equipment Providing topographic and construction staking surveys Using AutoCAD/Land Desktop/Civil 3D Basic Requirements Basic knowledge of construction industry Able to read and understanding construction plans Able to take instruction, learn and develop skill sets Able to work and think independently Able to problem solve and make sound independent decisions Possess a strong work ethic, be energetic, dedicated and enjoy working outside Be detail oriented and organized Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Have high school diploma or GED (college education/degree preferred) Have valid driver's license with clean record (DMV printout) Able to pass a drug test and criminal background check Have a flexible schedule and able to work early/late and on weekends, as needed Have a desire to establish oneself and develop long-term growth Candidates should either have a L.S.I.T. or be willing to obtain a L.S.I.T. in the short term with eventually obtaining R.L.S. licensure in the State of Arizona Successful candidate will have a rare opportunity to secure a position with vast growth potential.
