Full Job Description Salary Range:

$38.00-$46.00/hr Office Locations Fresno, CA Hybrid/Remote Availability Minimum Requirements Must possess either a valid California Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate. Must have excellent and effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must be able to work as a reliable team member on large projects with aggressive schedules. Must possess strong attention to detail and be a self-motivated team player. An ideal Candidate will also have any or all of the following: A BS degree in Geomatics Engineering, Surveying Engineering, or similar degree. At least five (5) years of industry experience. Solid technical understanding of and applicable experience with the following aspects of geomatics engineering: geodetic control surveys; technical and legal principles of boundary determinations, sectionalized land subdivisions, ALTA surveys, and right-of-way surveys/engineering, including creation of legal descriptions and plats, appraisal maps, and land networks; construction surveys; topographic surveys; public utility overhead and underground surveys; terrestrial LiDAR technologies; and aerial photogrammetric and LiDAR surveys. Solid technical understanding of survey accuracies and precisions, including applicable accuracy standards. Solid technical understanding of the uses and capabilities of modern surveying instruments. Proficiency with Trimble Business Center (TBC) software, AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation software, as well as other applicable geomatics engineering and business software.
