Base $165,000+ + Bonus (OTE $180,000+) Join a highly respected, firm with a 30+ year reputation in our primary field of residential, commercial, utilities construction. We're expanding and seeking a Senior Land Surveyor, PLS to lead boundary, mapping, and survey projects across residential, public, and utility sectors. Supported by a senior manager, you'll enjoy the opportunity to remain hands on doing what you love without the additional responsibilities of staff oversight, or operations. What You'll Do:
Manage boundary, mapping, and survey projects
Work in both field and office environments - at your preference
Drive innovation-bring ideas for technology and process improvements Requirements:
5-10+ years of professional surveying experience in CA
PLS license (CA)
Proficiency in Carlson Survey, Trimble, GPS, GIS, Civil 3D
