We look forward to saying hello. Job Description In this position you will work as an architectural survey manager and will support all survey program efforts. Primary responsibilities are to create client specific drawings in AutoCAD and REVIT. Candidate will also perform detailed due diligence including code, accessibility, entitlement research, maintain and implement client standards throughout programs. The candidate will be responsible for communication and coordination with consultants. Candidate will be responsible for understanding and implementing project specific design. Also with program requirements, direct oversight and training of draftsmen and surveyors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create client specific drawing templates utilizing AutoCAD and/or Revit/BIM. Implement and manage QA process. Able to understand and implement project specific design and program requirements. Resource and schedule assignments. Oversee training of draftsmen and surveyors. Develop and coordinate survey program schedules. Coordinate field surveyors and client interface. Communicate and coordinate with consultants. Work with Project Manager to meet scheduled deliverables. Responsible for completion of client deliverables. Oversee assignments of individual projects and assigns task to staff of draftsmen, surveyors, and permit expeditors. Production of construction documents and other deliverables. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be proficient on AutoCAD. Proficiency in REVIT is a plus. Proven ability to produce construction documents. Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards (ADA/ANSI) and the entitlement process. Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Strong ability to resolve issues utilizing sound judgment and reasoning skills. Must be flexible and adaptable. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and software literate in standard Windows programs. Must be authorized to work in the US.
