Research property records, deeds, plats, and other legal documents to determine land boundaries. Prepare and certify plats, maps, legal descriptions, and other survey documents. Operate and oversee the use of GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors. Manage and mentor survey field crews and CAD technicians.

What you will need:

Experience as a Land Surveyoe or Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor. Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive land surveying experience. Proficiency in Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and survey processing software.
