Job Highlights:

Supports the Project Manager Runs local operational errands Manages right-of-way permitting (state and municipal) Handles construction and mapping data, compiling project records, and maintaining land titles What we look for: Right of way acquisition experience (knowledge of land deeds, easements, land agreements) Title experience (understands title searches or has worked with/for title office, recording office/land records search and understanding of title legal verbiage) Comprehension of GIS Mapping and plat maps Valid drivers license & clean MVR report #2989
