Licensed Surveyor (Washington) We're hiring a licensed Professional Land Surveyor with 5+ years of experience to lead survey work in the Washington area. You'll handle boundary, topographic, and construction surveys from field through final deliverables. What you'll do Lead boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction staking surveys Manage field crews and review survey deliverables Prepare plats, legal descriptions, and topographic maps Coordinate with engineers, clients, and local agencies What you'll need Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license 5+ years of land surveying experience Proficiency with modern survey equipment and AutoCAD/Civil 3
