Travel with the crew to out-of-town project locations during the week as needed and support field work over extended days. Follow instructions from the Crew Chief and experienced team members to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Essential Skills Ability to perform sustained physical labor outdoors for 10-hour days in Florida conditions, including heat, humidity, insects, and wildlife such as snakes and spiders. Prior experience with manual labor roles that require endurance, safety awareness, and teamwork. Comfort using tools such as jackhammers and other heavy equipment during SUE-related work. Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively in 2-3 person crews. Desire for long-term career growth within the surveying and SUE industry, with openness to training and performance-based advancement.
