Survey Group Manager - Orlando Element Engineering Group Tampa, FL Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Customer relationship building Surveyor License Practicing in the surveying industry Client relationship development Team development Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with industry peers for operational purposes. Oversee survey projects and/or direct preparation of all types of surveys. Provide guidance and direction to office staff and field crew(s). Collaborate weekly resource needs with others on the management team. Consult with clients and maintain strong client relationships. Maintain monthly project invoicing. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Adhere to safety protocol. Manage and coordinate projects with multiple team members. Requirements Registered Professional Land Surveyor in FL. AAS or BS Degree in Surveying preferred. A successful track record of building client relationships in the surveying and related mapping industry. Strong team building skills and experience leading a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experienced in all aspects of land surveying (FDOT a plus). Knowledge of processing of raw (field) survey data, including digital levels, GNSS, robotic total stations, terrestrial and/or mobile LiDAR, UAS data processing a plus Knowledge of CADD software, Microstation and AutoCAD software a plus.
