Element Engineering Group Tampa, FL Job Details 11 hours ago Qualifications Staff supervision Managing surveying teams Surveyor License Team development Managing mapping or surveying teams Leading team collaboration initiatives Crew management Team building Full Job Description Required Duties and Responsibilities Oversee survey projects and/or direct preparation of all types of surveys. Provide guidance and direction to office staff and field crew(s). Prepare design surveys. Collaborate weekly resource needs with others on the management team. Consult with clients and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Adhere to safety protocol. Manage and coordinate projects with multiple team members. Required Qualifications Registered Professional Land Surveyor in FL. AAS or BS Degree in Surveying preferred. Strong team-building skills and experience leading a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of processing of raw (field) survey data, including digital levels, GNSS, robotic total stations, terrestrial and/or mobile LiDAR, UAS data processing a plus Knowledge of CADD software, Microstation, and AutoCAD software is a plus.
