Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Field Crew Member to support surveying operations. This role involves working outdoors on survey sites, collecting field data, setting control, assisting with staking, maintaining equipment, and helping prepare field notes for office processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform field surveying tasks under the direction of a Licensed Land Surveyor or Crew Chief. Operate and care for surveying equipment (total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, data collectors, levels, prisms). Set up survey control points, conduct traverses, perform topographic and boundary measurements. Assist with construction staking and as-built data collection. Maintain accurate field notes, sketches, and electronic data files. Conduct site reconnaissance and flagging as required. Load/unload and transport equipment and materials to/from job sites. Maintain equipment, vehicles, and tools; perform basic troubleshooting. Follow safety procedures and site-specific safety plans. Communicate professionally with crew, clients, and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications:

No Experience needed Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to travel to job sites. Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varied weather and terrain (lifting, walking, standing, bending). Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and ability to follow instructions. Basic math and measurement skills; comfortable using mobile devices and field software. Good communication and teamwork skills.
