We are seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join our team and play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, construction, and control survey projects. Why Join Us? ✔ Competitive compensation and benefits package ✔ Strong backlog of projects providing long-term stability ✔ Opportunity to lead and mentor survey teams ✔ Diverse project portfolio across public and private sectors ✔ Collaborative, team-oriented culture ✔ Access to advanced GPS, robotic total station, and surveying technology ✔ Career advancement opportunities with a growing organization What You'll Do Manage and perform boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, right-of-way, and construction layout surveys Research deeds, plats, easements, and legal records to establish property boundaries Prepare and certify survey plats, legal descriptions, maps, and survey deliverables Review and approve survey calculations and project documentation Lead, mentor, and support field crews and CAD technicians Coordinate with engineers, contractors, architects, municipalities, and government agencies Ensure compliance with applicable surveying standards, regulations, and best practices Support project planning, scheduling, and client communication What We're Looking For Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Indiana and/or Michigan (or ability to obtain within 6 months) 5+ years of progressive land surveying experience Experience with boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys Proficiency with Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and survey processing software Strong knowledge of GPS, robotic total stations, and conventional survey methods Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field Experience managing projects and mentoring survey personnel Strong client-facing and business development capabilities If you're looking for an opportunity where your expertise is valued, your contributions are recognized, and your career can continue to grow, we'd like to hear from you.
