THE COMPANY ROWE
Professional Services Company is an employee-owned, full-service professional consulting firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, aerial photography/mapping, LiDAR, landscape architecture, planning, and land development. We are seeking Graduate Surveyors to join our proactive team of ethical, talented, passionate professionals and leaders at our Flint office.
POSITION SUMMARY ROWE
is currently looking for Graduate Surveyors to join our team. This position will play a big role in growing our Surveying Services and/or Geospatial Services team. Graduate Surveyors work under the supervision of a licensed Survey Project Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform field and/or office survey tasks such as construction staking, boundary and alignment retracement, ALTA and topographic surveys. Assist with the planning, field data capture, processing and compilation of remote sensing data including stationary, mobile and UAV LiDAR sensors and cameras. Work with the latest software programs to complete calculations, CAD deliverables, GPS processing, LiDAR extraction and modeling. Produce detailed survey drawings and reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking forward-thinking, safety-conscious, and energetic individuals who are excited to work on both small-scale and large-scale projects.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in surveying engineering. SIT certification preferred. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation is a plus. Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical/judgement capabilities. Ability to work independently or on a team. Ability to work remote and in person effectively.
