doc Information for Applicants 2026.docx Estates Surveyor Job description This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Property Services team in an ambitious and high-performing organisation. The team focuses on maximising the potential of the council's land and property assets and provides efficient and professional estate management services across the council. Full and part time hours are available, and arrangements can be discussed further at interview. The ideal candidate will have obtained a degree or diploma in an Estates related discipline and / or be an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) with knowledge of property law and local government asset management. A team member who will assist in the acquisition, disposal, letting, valuation and management of the council's property assets.
