Job Description

Construction Surveyor 3D Surveys US LLC is seeking experienced construction and transmission line surveyors for ongoing projects in Nebraska, Texas, and other locations throughout the United States. We specialize in power transmission, heavy civil construction, foundations, roads, utilities, and industrial projects. We are looking for motivated surveyors who can work independently, communicate effectively with project teams, and maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism. Responsibilities Construction layout and staking Control establishment and verification Foundation and anchor bolt layout Transmission line structure layout As-built surveys and quality control verification GNSS and robotic total station operation Daily survey reporting and documentation Coordination with construction crews, superintendents, and project management Qualifications Previous construction surveying experience preferred Experience with Trimble equipment and software is an asset Ability to work in remote locations and rotational schedules Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work overtime when required What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Overtime opportunities Company-paid lodging while on project assignments Travel assistance for rotational employees Modern survey equipment and software Long-term career opportunities with a growing company Diverse projects including transmission lines, substations, heavy civil, industrial, and infrastructure work Work LocationsCurrent opportunities are available in Nebraska and Texas, with additional projects throughout the United States.
