Now we need to add a Surveyor to help us keep building. Working with our Survey team, you will support topographic mapping, construction staking, and boundary/control surveying using conventional survey equipment, robotic total stations, and GPS. What You'll Do Adjust and operate modern survey equipment. Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to perform construction staking and layout. Record survey measurements and descriptive data using notes, drawings, and sketches. Perform property research and collect field data to execute boundary surveys. Process survey data and create boundary, topographic, right-of-way, and as-built surveys for use with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Report directly to a Senior Professional Land Surveyor. What We're Looking For Associate degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience required; bachelor's degree in Surveying or Engineering preferred. 3+ years of related surveying experience. Ability to work independently on project sites while complying with applicable safety requirements. Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs., walk or stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and climbing. Good vision, hand-eye coordination, and spatial awareness are essential.
