Compensation:
Approximately $100,000+ DOE A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Surveyor to support a portfolio of assisted living communities throughout NE Ohio. This individual will conduct facility reviews, assess regulatory compliance, identify operational risks, and provide detailed findings to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations. Responsibilities Conduct routine facility inspections and compliance reviews Evaluate survey readiness across multiple communities Assess resident care practices, documentation, and operational processes Review environmental services, life safety, dietary, and facility conditions Identify compliance deficiencies and areas of potential risk Prepare detailed written reports and recommendations Conduct follow-up visits to evaluate corrective actions Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives Travel regularly throughout NE Ohio (with occasional travel to Cincinnati) to visit facilities Qualifications Experience conducting healthcare surveys, inspections, audits, or compliance reviews Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and regulatory standards Ability to identify operational and compliance risks Excellent written communication and reporting skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to travel to the Ohio facilities Preferred Experience Assisted Living experience Long-Term Care experience Skilled Nursing experience State survey experience Regulatory compliance experience Quality assurance or survey readiness experience This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare compliance professional who enjoys evaluating operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping organizations maintain high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
