Oversee project budgets, schedules, proposals, and client communication.
Qualifications2+ years of land/site surveying experience.
Proficient with GPS, total stations, 3D scanning, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.Experience with plats, legal descriptions, boundary surveys, and title research.
Knowledge of permitting, zoning, land development, and survey regulations.
Strong project management, communication, and client-facing skills.
PLS preferred;

$130,000 - $180,000 (Based on Experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to lead and deliver land and site surveying projects from fieldwork through final deliverables. The Project Surveyor will manage survey crews, coordinate with engineers, planners and clients, prepare accurate plats and legal descriptions, and ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, ROW, and construction staking surveys.
