Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (OOJ - 46335) 90000-120000 / US Dollars / Annual Salary NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: Jun/16/2026 Job Description Manage surveying projects from proposal through completion. Prepare Right-of-Way (ROW) plans and survey documentation. Perform and verify survey calculations and reports. Supervise and mentor surveying technicians. Present technical information to clients and stakeholders. Review and proofread documentation. Prepare cost estimates and proposals.
Qualifications:
Active Ohio Professional Surveyor (PS) License. Minimum 10 years of experience as a licensed Professional Surveyor. Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Valid Driver's License. Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying. Proficiency with Civil 3D, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Strong oral, written, and technical communication skills. Excellent project management, organizational, and client relationship skills. Ability to maintain professional licensure through continuing education and development activities. Experience in consulting engineering or land surveying firm preferred.
