Professional Requirements A minimum of three years of professional surveying experience specifically within Ohio. Expertise and Credentials Candidates must either possess an active Ohio P.S. license or be an S.I. actively pursuing licensure. We welcome field crew members who are interested in moving into an office-based position. Demonstrated proficiency in the creation of the following: Boundary Surveys ALTA Surveys Subdivision Plats Topographic Surveys Right-of-Way Plans Legal Descriptions Staking Point Generation Field Data Processing Knowledge of local platting regulations and land record research protocols across the Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio regions. Help ensure high-quality project outcomes by guiding field staff and maintaining compliance with or exceeding Ohio state surveying standards. This position is centered on office operations with only occasional field responsibilities. Expertise in utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D is mandatory. Competency in operating Trimble data collection tools and survey hardware. Proven ability to manage project timelines, oversee personnel, and optimize workflow production. Technical Proficiencies Computer-Aided Design (CAD) applications
