We are a dynamic and growing surveying and engineering firm with over 50 employees and 15 years of experience. With multiple locations across Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, we deliver precise and dependable land surveying and project management services tailored to our diverse client base.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor with strong Field Crew Management and Project Management experience to join our Youngstown team. This role combines hands-on field leadership with overall project oversight to ensure the successful delivery of surveying projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage field survey crews, providing leadership, training, and scheduling support Oversee surveying projects from initiation through completion, including client communication, budgeting, and quality control Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols Contribute to business growth by fostering strong client relationships
Qualifications:
Licensed Land Surveyor in Ohio or ability to obtain licensure Proven experience managing field survey crews Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
