MOSCATO, OKONESKI & ASSOCIATES, INC.
is an established firm that provides a wide range of real estate appraisal and associated services of the highest quality and professional standards based on a team concept. We are currently seeking an experienced Certified General Appraiser to join our team. You will have an opportunity to work on a variety of property types or position yourself to specialize in a desired category. We have a team of seasoned appraisers and support staff to assist you with your production. We offer a very competitive tiered commission structure, with the more you bill the higher the split, Valcre appraisal software, CoStar subscription, education allowance, and matching 401K.
Job Description:
Gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting market information Responsible for performing valuation services for a variety of commercial property types Participating in client meetings and bidding process
Job Requirements:
Licensed in Oregon & Washington Proficient in Word, Excel, and database programs Ability to collect and analyze market data and complete appraisal reports Strong communication and writing skills
