Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Construction Surveyor to support construction crews with jobsite layout, grade verification, and machine control equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with construction surveying, grading, and 3D model adjustments.

ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and troubleshoot surveying and machine control equipment.

Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and construction layouts.

Check grades, elevations, slopes, inlets, curbs, and other site features against project plans.

Verify existing conditions, structure locations, and tie-in elevations before work begins.

Communicate discrepancies and required adjustments to foremen and project managers.

Maintain accurate field notes and properly care for surveying equipment.

Make 3D model adjustments based on as-built field measurements.

QualificationsExperience with site construction surveying and machine control systems.

Ability to read construction plans and understand grading requirements.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Ability to follow established procedures and maintain consistency and accuracy.

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support and develop others.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites.
