Our project portfolio spans Interior Alaska, the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta, coastal communities, Southcentral, Southeast, and Arctic Alaska — funded by the EPA, DOE, HUD, and tribal housing authorities. We are growing our bench of deployable field operators who can mobilize to project sites across the state as new contracts are awarded and Notices to Proceed are issued. If you are comfortable working independently in remote environments, adaptable to different communities and project types, and ready to put real tools in your hands — this role was built for you.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Operator is a project-based, multi-region deployment position. You will be activated for specific projects as ATI receives Notices to Proceed from tribal housing authorities, municipal governments, and federal grant programs across Alaska. Deployments range from short urban engagements (Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau) to extended fly-in community projects in remote Western and Arctic Alaska. Between deployments, Field Operators may perform remote support tasks — data entry, report drafting, supply coordination — from home. All field travel, lodging, and per diem are fully covered by ATI for every deployment.
