Job Description

Are you a Licensed Land Surveyor who enjoys leading teams, managing exciting projects, and still getting hands-on with the technical side of things? This role gives you the best of both worlds — a chance to take ownership, grow your leadership impact, and work on a wide range of projects across Pennsylvania. About the Opportunity We're seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor with strong leadership and technical skills to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys a mix of management responsibilities and hands-on technical work. You'll have the chance to lead survey projects, manage field crews, and collaborate on a range of civil and infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee survey projects from planning through completion Manage and mentor project and field crews to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency Prepare and review survey drawings, maps, and legal descriptions Perform calculations, coordinate field data collection, and interpret survey results Collaborate with engineering teams and clients on project deliverables Ensure compliance with PennDOT standards and other applicable regulations Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required Management experience leading survey projects and/or crews Proficiency in Civil 3D and drafting best practices Experience with PennDOT, oil & gas, and civil survey projects strongly preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Why Join Us Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits Flexible remote work with in-office collaboration one day per week Supportive, team-oriented environment that values expertise and innovation Opportunities for professional growth and leadership If you have any questions call 573-415-1103 or email hannah.loethen@gogpac.com
