Job Description

You'll change the shape of your community by charting plans that become tomorrow's places, creating impact that lasts. And, as part of our Survey team, you will collaborate with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists to make meaningful, effective change across North America. Here's what you'll do: Primarily perform CAD tasks in the preparation of construction surveys, layout calculations, ALTA, boundary, topographic, and specialized surveys. Prepare and coordinate construction layout calculations for field staff. Manage CAD generated surface models and produce accurate contours, cross sections and profile drawings. Perform project research and setup. We're looking for: Minimum of 3 years practical experience performing similar work. Degree or courses in related area is a plus. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D software. Ability to competently read civil, architectural, and structural drawings, including complex details, and successfully interpret for construction layout. Communicate with clients, accommodate client work requests, and create work order instructions for field staff. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word). Work independently with little instruction.We offer:
