SURVEYOR HELPER

El Paso, Texas Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Ōnin Staffing is seeking a dependable Land Surveyor Helper to assist a professional surveying crew with daily field operations. This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who enjoys staying active and is interested in learning the land-surveying trade.

Responsibilities:

Assist the survey crew with daily field assignments Carry, set up, and properly store surveying equipment Hold survey rods, prisms, and measuring equipment Place stakes, markers, flags, and survey points Help collect accurate field measurements and project information Clear minor obstructions to establish survey lines Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles Follow all jobsite and company safety procedures

Qualifications:

Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Comfortable working outdoors in heat, wind, dust, and changing weather Ability to walk over rough or uneven terrain Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Basic math and measuring skills Previous construction, outdoor labor, or surveying experience is helpful but not required Valid driver's license may be required
