- As a Surveyor at Kiewit, you will play an integral role in ensuring the success of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- District Overview
- Kiewit's South-Central District is one of Kiewit's leading infrastructure districts specializing in heavy civil, transportation, and water resource markets.
- Location
- All roles are project-based and will require mobility for the duration of assignments within the South-Central District, including Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas
- Responsibilities
- Conduct topographic surveys to capture terrain, elevation, and drainage for site plans.
Monitoring and Verification:
Track construction progress and ensure it aligns with design specs. Conduct final "as-built" surveys to document completed work. Perform volume calculations and material estimations for cost and resource management. Use total stations, GPS, and drones for precise measurements and aerial surveys.Apply CAD software (e.g., Microstation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D) for survey plans. - Qualifications
- Experience with Trimble Business Center software preferred.
