Surveyor Zachry Group - 3.8 Gregory, TX Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Qualifications Safety regulations Construction plans GPS mapping Blueprint dimension interpretation Safety hazards Trimble Total station surveying Safety standard operating procedures Total stations Surveying geometry calculations GPS receivers Full Job Description Job Duties & Responsibilities Perform land surveys for maintenance, location, and relocation of section corners through the use of GPS equipment and/or conventional surveying equipment. Coordinate layout and checkout of each craft's work. Get work done in a timely manner to ensure each craft can get their work done on time. Check your own work to ensure it is done correctly. Perform differential level work. Perform construction surveys for area roads, bridges, buildings and other properties. Perform basic and advanced field calculations for all aspects of survey work. Perform all additional duties that may be assigned. Qualifications Position requires the knowledge of: Must be able to read drawings and make any necessary calculations based on the information given. Must be able to use Trimble software and equipment, both GPS and total station instrument. Occupation hazards and standard safety precautions necessary in the workplace. Survey field techniques, survey language, conventional equipment, GPS equipment, and other electronic surveying equipment & accessories.
