Survey Helper - Construction (Hubbard, TX Area) We are looking for a dependable Survey Helper to assist our survey crew on a construction project. This is an entry-level position—no surveying experience is required. If you're reliable, can work outdoors, and don't mind physical work, we'll train you.

Responsibilities:

Pound survey stakes and hubs into the ground. Tie flagging ribbon and mark points. Carry equipment and supplies. Assist the surveyor with daily tasks. Keep the work area organized and safe. Follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements:

Able to perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation to the job site. Punctual and dependable. Valid driver's license is an asset but not required.

Pay:

$18-22 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time hours available. Opportunity for advancement for the right person. No previous surveying experience is necessary. We are looking for someone who works hard, shows up every day, and wants to be part of a professional construction team.
