Job duties include:

Will lead and direct survey crew members in the field Will perform boundary, construction, topographic, ALTA, right-of-way, etc Operate total stations, GPS equipment, data collectors, and levels Will maintain field notes, sketches, photographs, and electronic survey files

Requirements:

Must have previous Land Survey experience with a strong background in civil engineering principles and topographic mapping techniques Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCad, Civil 3D) GIS tools, and survey equipment Previous experience managing survey and mapping teams Familiar with drafting legal descriptions, schematics, boundary surveys, and managing survey data collection processes Strong understanding of algebra, trigonometry, geometry, and math fundamentals that are essential for precise measurements and calculations Ability to interpret construction plans and schematics Applicants will be background and drug screened for this position For more information regarding this position, email resumes to Karen Ramirez at [email protected] .
