Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to oversee the survey efforts of field crews, survey techs, crew chiefs, etc. for survey work performed within BHI. In addition, the surveyor will be responsible for reviewing, signing and stamping any documents required to meet project requirements. These may include boundary surveys, legal descriptions, ROW's and Easement descriptions, asbuilt certifications, field notes, survey reporting etc. The Licensed Professional Land Surveyor will also be required to train field crews on the proper use of survey equipment, proper survey methods, proper methods of data collection, oversee drafted survey plats, review and oversee survey reporting, train field crews on proper setup of survey control, etc. Are you a skilled Professional Land Surveyor looking to take your career to the next level with a company with an outstanding company culture and team atmosphere ? QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Land Surveyor License in one or more states. Ability to license in states where BHI operates regularly. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a survey degree accepted by state licensing boards. Good communication skills. 5-10 years experience in a related field.
