Field Superintendent - Siding & Roofing

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Field Superintendent to join our growing team! This position will serve as the face of the company on site with customers and will successfully lead work crews to complete projects on time and within budget.

Specific duties include the below:

• Check on crews in the morning and run errands to purchase material for them, moving between up to 5 job sites per day.
• Coordinate scheduling between the client and various work crews
• Fix tools to keep "in-house" crews working
• Work closely with business owner to learn quality control measures for siding, roofing, and crawl space work.
• Install and pick-up job signs from customer yards
• Close out jobs by completing a punch list.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with all builder and non-profit clients
• Communicate job completion status to office to allow for timely invoicing and vendor payment
• Take and send photos to office for social media promotion of projects Qualified applicants will have a valid driver's license and good driving record, basic math skills, experience managing multiple projects and strong communication skills.

Proficiency with MSOffice and willingness to work in inclement weather is also required. In-depth experience with siding is a must, some experience with roofing and gutters is also required.
