Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Technology & Survey Coordinator to support our earthwork and civil construction operations. This position is responsible for managing project design files, supporting machine control systems, performing field layout and surveying tasks, and ensuring field crews have accurate and up-to-date project information. Responsibilities Manage and maintain project design files for multiple active construction projects. Organize, update, and distribute project data, including revised plans, change orders, and survey information. Upload and maintain machine control models for construction equipment. Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot site machine control systems. Perform field surveying and layout activities, including collecting topographic data and as-built information. Establish reference points and control points. Check grades, curb elevations, and concrete structure locations. Verify project layout and construction accuracy. Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, and field crews to ensure accurate project data. Maintain project records and documentation related to machine control and surveying activities. Qualifications Ability to read and interpret survey stakes, plans, and construction drawings. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic computer proficiency, including file management and data transfer. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.er role within a leading earthwork and civil construction company. Preferred Qualifications Experience with machine control systems, construction surveying, or civil construction. Familiarity with heavy equipment operations and earthwork construction. Experience with Trimble, Topcon, Leica, Carlson, or similar machine control and survey software.
