Job Description

Our Survey Division is seeking an experienced Professional Surveyor to lead field crews and oversee a diverse portfolio of projects for federal, state, and private clients based in our Bridgeport, WV office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO & WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Lead all aspects of the surveying and geomatics department, including multiple field crews and technical staff Manage survey and geomatics projects for public and private sector clients Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients Plan, organize, supervise, and mentor survey crews and technicians Coordinate assignments to ensure project deadlines are met Maintain contact with key staff and offices to support department success Active WV Professional Surveyor (PS) license Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity Proven ability to lead a team and provide mentorship Experience with Trimble equipment (preferred) Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively at high productivity
