- This role's responsibility is to lead, integrate and communicate.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop Regional Strategies. Design and execute sustainability plans, customized to the regions's needs and regulations.
- + Present new and relevant sustainabililty information at regional leadership meetings.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Supervise the gathering and analyze sustainability data from multiple locations and prepare detailed reports for regional and corporate managem- ent. + Assist teams in compiling construction-related rating system points, data and submissions in Green Badger + Before Construction begins, confirm that A5 carbon tracking processes have been implemented.
- Regulatory Compliance
- : •Ensure all regional operations follow state, local, and national environmental laws.
- + •Stakeholder Engagement•: Work with regional stakeholders, including local governments, community organizations, and business partners, to promote and adopt sustainable practices.
- Project Management
- : Lead regional sustainability initiatives, participate in project meetings, take notes, and advise teams on carbon emissions, embodied carbon, rating system scorecard review, and rating system certification.
Risk Management:
- Identify, control, and reduce design risks related to sustainability. +
Cost Management:
- Manage the design related to sustainability to ensure it stays within or under the project budget. +
Process Optimization:
- Define process and workflow requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. +
Business Development:
- Assist with regional business growth and project pursuits as needed. + Support the creation of marketing materials for sustainability. + Review the sustainability requirements in the RFPs. + Develop and evaluate sustainability content in project proposals. +
- Training and Education
- : Create and implement training programs to teach regional employees about sustainability practices and their significance.

- Experience
- : Proven track record in developing and implementing regional sustainability programs, with significant experience in sustainability roles.

- : Strong leadership, project management, and communication abilities.

- Education

$78,200- $122,300 +COLA:
Cost of Living Adjustment:
$36,600 +Total Compensation:
