The Value Chain Sustainability Manager leads value chain sustainability programs across US Operations, ensuring effective execution of responsible sourcing, supplier sustainability, and due diligence initiatives. This role drives cross-functional coordination, supplier engagement, supplier risk management, and integration of sustainability requirements into procurement and business processes. Your 'day to day' Lead execution of value chain sustainability programs Drive implementation of Responsible Sourcing Principles (RSP) Manage supplier due diligence, risk assessments, and remediation Monitor supplier performance and identify emerging risks Lead supplier engagement and capability-building efforts Track KPIs, program performance, and roadmap progress Integrate sustainability requirements into procurement processes Support governance, reporting, and escalation activities Partner cross-functionally (procurement, legal, operations, global teams) Drive delivery of sustainability roadmap priorities Who we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field 6-10 years in supplier sustainability, responsible sourcing, procurement, or supply chain Experience managing supplier risk, due diligence, and remediation processes Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills Experience with sustainability, human rights, or responsible sourcing programs Familiarity working with procurement and sourcing teams Experience in global or multi-site environments preferred
