- Global The Senior Analyst will join JLL's Energy & Sustainability research team, bringing deep knowledge of energy markets and the energy transition to analyze how changes in energy supply, infrastructure and policy are reshaping commercial real estate investment and operations.
- tracking energy policy developments, decarbonization strategies, ESG investment flows and climate-related economic themes to produce insights that define JLL's market position.

- and evaluate their potential impact on commercial real estate energy procurement and operations Serve as a key research point of contact for JLL's Energy Advisory and Sustainability teams, partnering on strategic client deliverables and insight pieces Monitor renewable energy pipelines, energy policy, carbon markets and regulatory developments to build timely, data-driven narratives on energy transition trends across real estate markets Partner with the research team and sustainability leaders to develop bespoke data analysis and research that advances JLL's thought leadership on energy transition Establish and regularly update national decks across key markets in the Americas covering key areas of the energy transition Synthesize energy and sustainability market developments into recurring research outputs•including talking points, newsletters and slide decks•that keep business leads and clients current on energy transition trends Produce bespoke, project-specific client deliverables and content for business leads to leverage, partnering with local market researchers, applying energy-market expertise to support active pitches and transactions Work in close collaboration with sustainability research regional leads and broader Insights team, discuss strategic research objectives and execute on bespoke research for use in pitches and presentations Desired skills and experience for this job Bachelor's degree in energy, environmental studies, economics, finance or a related field Two to five years of experience in energy markets, energy transition or sustainability research Working knowledge of US energy market structures, renewable energy development, energy procurement and decarbonization strategies Familiarity with carbon markets, emissions accounting frameworks or energy policy and regulatory developments Strong quantitative skillset with ability to identify insights and trends through data analysis Excellent command of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) Comfort with AI tools and a proactive mindset toward optimizing research workflows Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to translate complex energy topics for real estate investors and occupier audiences Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment with senior stakeholders Collaborative working style with ability to operate both independently and as part of a cross-functional team A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative and driven professional environment This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
Estimated compensation for this position:
70,000.00- 90,000.
