The Supply Chain Sustainability Specialist supports this mission by helping advance ethical sourcing, human rights, and social compliance across our global supply chain. In this role, we work together across regions and functions to support suppliers in North America and Europe. You will help translate policies into action, support continuous improvement efforts, and contribute to programs that strengthen transparency, resilience, and responsible business practices worldwide. The Specialist works cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, ESG, Quality Assurance, business units, and external partners to ensure suppliers and licensees meet Hasbro standards and applicable labor, safety, and environmental laws. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. Supply Chain Sustainability Specialist What You'll Do:
We rely on this role to help build strong, responsible supplier partnerships. You will collaborate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to coordinate third‑party social compliance audits, including Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) assessments. You will review audit results and Corrective Action Plans, support remediation efforts, and help track progress over time. You will also maintain accurate audit documentation and support licensed consumer products supply chains through clear communication and ongoing engagement. We also count on you to support our human rights and due diligence efforts. You will contribute to supply chain monitoring activities, responsible recruitment initiatives, and grievance mechanism programs. You will help track emerging legislation and support external human rights and ESG‑related reporting, ensuring Hasbro continues to meet evolving expectations. Data and collaboration are central to our work. You will help develop and maintain supplier risk assessments, analyze trends, and prepare practical reports that inform decision‑making. You will also support annual policy reviews and help keep program tools, templates, and guidance materials current and accessible. Support continuous supply chain monitoring and responsible recruitment initiatives. Develop and maintain supplier risk assessments utilizing micro and macro data sources. Analyze and report ethical sourcing performance trends. Conduct annual policy review and support compliance and operational reporting. Maintain Operations Manual and templates. Monitor emerging legislation and support external human rights due diligence reporting. Support implementation of grievance mechanism program.
What You'll Bring:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sustainability, supply chain, international business, human rights, or a related field. Experience working in ethical sourcing, social compliance, or related programs and are familiar with social compliance standards used in North America and Europe. Communicate clearly, stay organized, and enjoy working with data. Exposure to social audit frameworks such as RBA or Disney International Labor Standards will help you succeed, and we value candidates who are eager to continue learning. Experience with compliance or audit data systems, licensee, or extended supply chain programs, or ESG and human rights reporting is a plus. Interest in using data tools, dashboards, or emerging technologies—including AI‑enabled systems—is also welcome. The base salary range for this position is $63,800.00 to $95,600.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
