Role:

As a CBRE Energy Manager (Entry Level), you will oversee the development and execution of small to medium sized energy management programs. This job is part of the Energy and Sustainability function. They are responsible for the development and implementation of environmental and social sustainability programs.

What You'll Do:

Assist in sustainability consulting for multiple facility types to help meet goals. Create sustainability, resilience, and smart energy plans for multiple facility types. Identify basic operational improvements through the implementation of opportunities to improve energy and sustainability performance. Support sustainability goals and implement energy resilience strategies and programs. Review data and interpretation of energy and sustainability reports. Integrate knowledge of energy procurement and new technologies with the global energy and sustainability platform to drive improved energy and sustainability performance. Present periodic energy and sustainability status and variance reports from collected energy, waste, and water data. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
