Within Sinteo, the Consulting division supports real estate stakeholders in integrating issues related to carbon, water, biodiversity, the circular economy, and climate resilience into their strategies. We undertake a variety of projects—including benchmarks, monitoring, trajectory development, and decision support—working closely with the technical expertise of the Sinteo collective to transform strategic directions into operational levers. Your contribution to the team Division Strategy Define and adapt offerings based on market needs Conduct competitive and regulatory monitoring and oversee business expertise Define the division's strategy and budget, and monitor its performance metrics. Mission Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously and supervise teams of consultants and engineers. Ensure the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, the profitability of projects, and customer satisfaction. Develop clear storylines and facilitate meetings with members of the Executive Committee. Business development Meet with prospects and clients, understand their challenges, and identify new opportunities. Develop and tailor support proposals. Develop and maintain high-quality customer relationships. Management & Team Development Manage the Consulting team and support the consultants' professional development in accordance with the division's competency matrix. Help recruit new consultants as needed. Guide teams toward a "consultative" approach: listening, clarifying needs, and developing tailored solutions. Management of SinteoLab Lead our in-house R D lab and support the development of new areas of expertise and their integration into Sinteo's offerings. Host the "Café des déjantés," a quarterly gathering dedicated to the collective exploration of emerging topics. Your assets Reporting to Sinteo's Director, you will develop and promote the Consulting division, working in perfect synergy with Sinteo's other business units. Above all, we are looking for someone who is motivated, self-reliant, and proactive—someone who will thrive and take an active role in their assignments. Job requirements : You have at least 7 years of professional experience, most of which was gained at a consulting firm You have worked on environmental issues (CSR/ESG strategies) and have a thorough understanding of key regulatory challenges (Taxonomy, CSRD, the Energy and Climate Act, etc.) You have an intrapreneurial and analytical mindset: you enjoy solving problems, being agile, and working in a rapidly evolving field. You enjoy starting from scratch and developing solutions to meet the constant changes in the market. You know how to manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead teams effectively, and ensure complete customer satisfaction: time and priority management, client presentations, etc. You know how to lead multidisciplinary teams—not just teams made up of consultants. You adapt to different ways of thinking and working.
