Job Summary Lead the execution of innovation and sustainability initiatives in Singapore to advance ESG goals, deploy cutting-edge technologies including AI, and embed sustainability into core operations aligned with global objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement innovation and sustainability strategies aligned with global company objectives Identify, evaluate, and deploy innovative technologies and startup solutions to solve operational challenges Lead sustainability projects targeting energy efficiency, carbon reduction, climate risk mitigation, water and waste management, and digital/AI-driven transformation Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards, including GRI and ISCC certifications Lead greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions verification and manage sustainability certification processes Build and maintain internal and external sustainability networks to share best practices and enhance collaboration Develop, track, and report on KPIs and roadmaps aligned with Net Zero ambitions Manage ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting for annual sustainability reports, shareholder updates, and ESG audits Act as an innovation and sustainability ambassador by promoting awareness through workshops, initiatives, and employee engagement programs Collaborate cross-functionally to drive ownership and accountability for sustainability initiatives Required competencies and certifications Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in innovation, sustainability, engineering, or related fields, preferably within oil, gas, or chemical industries Strong expertise in ESG reporting, GHG accounting, and sustainability frameworks Degree in Engineering, Environmental Studies/Science, Chemical/Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline Preferred competencies and qualifications Knowledge of oil & gas operations and plant management Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to translate strategy into practical, measurable outcomes Self-driven with a proactive mindset Passionate about sustainability and innovation
