Job Description

Sustainability Data & Reporting Lead Position Summary We are seeking a Sustainability Data & Reporting Lead to manage environmental and sustainability data, reporting systems, and analytics. This role will oversee data quality, governance, enterprise reporting platforms, and Power BI dashboards to support sustainability initiatives, regulatory reporting, and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead the collection, validation, and reporting of sustainability data, including greenhouse gas emissions, energy, water, waste, and utility usage. Establish and maintain data governance, quality standards, and reporting processes. Partner with facility managers and cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting. Maintain reporting-ready datasets for audits, disclosures, and leadership reporting. Serve as the business owner for sustainability reporting platforms, including Workiva ESG . Lead system enhancements, administration, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting to provide actionable business insights. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in data management, reporting systems, business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise applications. Strong experience with Power BI , Microsoft Excel, and enterprise reporting platforms (Workiva ESG preferred). Knowledge of data governance, data quality, reporting controls, and compliance. Experience supporting audits, regulatory reporting, or enterprise reporting initiatives. Proven ability to lead reporting improvements, system implementations, and cross-functional projects. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Pay:
$35.00 - $38.50 per hour
