Job Description

Experteer Overview As a Corporate Sustainability Analyst, you will serve as the ESG subject matter expert, shaping sustainability governance, reporting, and readiness across Fisher Group. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the sustainability program, drive the road map, and remediate gaps. You'll manage data collection, policies, and disclosures aligned with global requirements, and coordinate third-party assurance. This role offers the chance to influence regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and strategic ESG initiatives in a mission-driven, inclusive culture.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Manage the sustainability program roadmap and gap remediation
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment to achieve program goals
  • Facilitate data collection, governance, and policy/control document maintenance
  • Prepare sustainability statements and disclosures for leadership review under global frameworks
  • Coordinate with management on annual third-party assurance engagements
  • Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to internal stakeholders
  • Lead annual reassessment of sustainability-related risks and issues
  • Stay knowledgeable on ESG issues, standards, and regulatory trends Tasks
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with third-party assurance providers and ESG/sustainability functions
  • Strong data management and reporting abilities
  • Ability to interpret data and translate into business solutions Key requirements
