As a Warehouse Runner / Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in supporting our install and service teams by ensuring materials, equipment, and inventory are handled efficiently and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, and transport HVAC equipment, parts, and materials between warehouse, job sites, and suppliers Perform daily delivery routes ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs and pick-ups Verify orders before delivery (correct items, quantities, and condition) Assist installers by delivering urgent or missing parts to job sites as needed Safely operate company vehicles and follow all driving and safety regulations Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and properly store inventory Pick and stage materials for upcoming installations and service calls Maintain accurate inventory counts and report low stock or discrepancies Keep warehouse clean, organized, and easily accessible at all times Handle returns, warranty items, and vendor exchanges efficiently Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and basic documentation Support team with general warehouse tasks and other duties as assigned Requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines Good customer service skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs Valid driver's license (required) with a clean driving record Schedule Typical start time: 9:00 AM Typical end time: 5:00 PM 8-hour shifts with overtime opportunities Preferred Experience At least 1 year of warehouse or delivery experience (preferred) Experience in HVAC, construction, or logistics is a plus Essential Heating and Air is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
