Paid Holidays About the Role Engage, communicate, and influence others across the region to develop a culture of safety, sustainability, and environmental excellence, impact reduction and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain all policies, procedures, and practices throughout the Wis-Pak sites.
Collaborate with leadership and external stakeholders to develop and implement a sustainability road map, strategies, policies, and procedures throughout Wis-Pak.
Implement Sustainability programs and practices across all sites.
Implement and manage a sustainability auditing process to ensure adherence to policies, practices, and initiatives to ensure compliance with the sustainability program and accurate data reporting.
Educate all Wis-Pak team members and stakeholders on sustainability policies, procedures, and practices.
Communicate all sustainability initiatives and campaigns through organized training and formal communication sessions.
Monitor and manage water consumption; implement methods to reduce water consumption and/or beneficial reuse.
Monitor and manage waste disposal: minimize by reducing waste generation, recycling, alternative uses.
Monitor and manage energy and fossil fuel consumption; implement methods to reduce the use of energy and fossil fuel.
Monitor and track air emissions impacting greenhouse gas emissions and other hazardous air emissions to include but limited to, HAPS, refrigerants, scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
Ability to work off shifts as needed.
Must be able to travel a minimum of 50% of the time.
