Test Technician Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician / Electronics Technician to support our first-shift operations. This role is crucial for testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic and electromechanical products prior to shipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronic systems, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities Perform functional testing and validation of electronic and flow technology products. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic assemblies and components. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Utilize test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools. Document test results, failures, and corrective actions accurately. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues. Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Essential Skills 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in electronic testing or troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics. Experience with standard electronic test equipment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or production environments. Familiarity with flow technology or industrial equipment. Understanding of quality control processes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
