Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM PST Overview Client is seeking a Senior Test Technician to support semiconductor and RF testing activities in a laboratory environment. This role is responsible for executing test plans, setting up specialized test equipment, troubleshooting test failures, maintaining test systems, and documenting results. The position requires hands-on technical experience with testing, debugging, and equipment maintenance. Required Skills Experience debugging and troubleshooting technical issues Experience setting up specialized test equipment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to execute test procedures and document results Basic understanding of semiconductor, RF testing, or related technologies Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2.5+ years of experience in: Semiconductor testing RF testing Electronics testing Related technical laboratory environments Familiarity with Microsoft Teams (MTeams) Key Responsibilities Execute test plans and report outcomes/issues to customers and internal teams Set up specialized test equipment and run test programs/builds Perform routine calibration and maintenance of test equipment Conduct basic repairs on testing equipment as needed Execute established testing methodologies and document results Debug and troubleshoot routine testing failures Analyze issues, collect data, and identify root causes Escalate complex technical issues when necessary Communicate project status, risks, and obstacles to team leads Meet project deadlines and deliverables while working under supervision Adapt to changing priorities and support multiple testing activities Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs. No forklift operation required No driving responsibilities Work Environment 100% onsite at Qualcomm's San Diego facility Laboratory/testing environment Day shift schedule Team-oriented setting with close supervision and hands-on technical work
